PROCESSING TIMES

Each lampshade is made to order and custom made, they are not pre-made so please allow 4-5 weeks for creation and another 1-3 days for dispatch by UPS.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free on all items via UPS Ground. Please note that UPS Ground can take anywhere from 3 to 7 Business Days to ship within the U.S. Tracking information will be emailed to everyone upon receipt of order.

*Shipping is only within the United States. International orders are not available at this time.

Extreme care is taken in packaging all items to avoid damage however, in the unlikely case this happens, please contact me so that I can put a claim in with UPS. Please also make sure you take a few photos for me to send through.

All packages are shipped in a heavy duty corrugated box with bubble wrap and packaging peanuts of which are biodegradable and recyclable.
